No matter how much one may sympathise with the condition of the qualified teaching community,It is the students who suffer in the end. Education is not about completing a syllabus.I really wonder when this situation will improve..

Strike is the only option left with these university teachers when government is treating them like school teachers. No body particularly the teachers are not fond of strike if government will provide them facilities of a university teacher.

People here have become immune to any such incidence and do not react till the time their own loved one becomes a victim
